What we collect

• Account info: your email, and if you sign in with Google, the name on your Google account. No passwords are ever stored here; sign-in runs through Google or one-time email links.
• Profile info you type in: display name, what the space is for, your business or project, budget range, and a social link if you add one. Lobby members can see this; that is its job.
• Lead forms: when you request the free package we ask for email, phone number, budget, crew size, and whether you would sign a lease. Landlord and investor forms collect what they say on the tin.
• Usage data: pages visited, clicks, and session recordings via Microsoft Clarity, so we can see where the site confuses people. Standard server logs (IP, browser) via our hosting.

What we do with it

• Run the product: lobbies, crews, packages, the board.
• Contact you about spaces and your account by email, and by SMS if you gave us your number (the form says so where we ask). Reply STOP to any text and we stop.
• Understand what is working, via analytics.
• We do not sell your personal information. We are trying to rent warehouses, not you.

Who touches the data

Service providers that run parts of Warehomies, under their own security terms: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Google (if you use Google sign-in), Microsoft Clarity (analytics and session replay), Resend (email delivery), and LeadConnector / HighLevel (our CRM, where leads and messages are managed). If we add advertising analytics such as the Meta pixel, it will measure visits and form submissions.

What other people can see

Lobby and crew member cards (name, intent, business, budget, social link) are visible to other signed-in members of that lobby or crew — meeting people is the point. Unlisted crews are visible only to people with the invite link. Your email and phone are never shown to other users.

Your choices

• Leave any lobby or crew whenever you want.
• Reply STOP to any SMS to end texts.
• Want your data corrected or deleted? Email homies@warehomies.com from the address on the account and we will handle it. California residents: this is also how you exercise CCPA rights, and we do not sell data, so there is nothing to opt out of selling.

The rest

• Warehomies is for adults. Not intended for anyone under 18.
• We keep data while your account or lead is active and delete or anonymize it when it is not needed.
• If this policy changes materially, the date above changes and significant changes get called out on the site.
