The first crew finds their listing here, puts it together themselves, and signs. We're in the group chat the whole way: the landlord call, the agreement, move-in day. And we film all of it, so the next crew has a map.

One building, ours. We sign the lease, build it out — desks set, loft up, lounge in, pool table racked — and open the doors to a crew straight from the lobby. The first space that's Warehomies from the roll-up door in. Proof, with our name on the lease.

Then we run it back. Fully built spaces you step straight into, in every city that has warehouses and homies. Your own man cave, surrounded by people who live and breathe what they're building — and we handle the landlord, the insurance, the furniture. You just show up.
