What Warehomies is

Warehomies is an information and matchmaking tool: we surface publicly listed warehouse spaces, estimate what sharing them could cost, generate concept floor plans and planning documents, and give people lobbies and crews to organize in. That is the whole service.

What Warehomies is not

• Not a broker, agent, or landlord. We are not a party to any lease you sign, and we do not represent you or any property owner. Listings link to their original source; deals happen between you, your crew, and the landlord.
• Not legal, financial, or professional advice. Rent splits, build-out costs, and floor plans are estimates and concepts, not quotes or surveys. Confirm everything — zoning, sublease terms, insurance, occupancy — before signing anything.
• Not a guarantee of accuracy. Listing data comes from public sources and can be wrong or stale. The broker's own flyer and the landlord are the source of truth.

Your part of the deal

• Be a real person, 18 or older, using your real info.
• Keep lobby and crew posts legal and decent. No harassment, spam, scams, or pretending to be someone else. We can remove content or accounts that break this.
• Deals you make with other users or landlords are your own. Vet your homies the way you would vet a roommate, because that is what they are.
• If you give us your phone number, you agree we may text you about spaces and your account. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to end or HELP for help.

Liability, plainly

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, Warehomies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for anything arising from the service is capped at $100 or what you paid us in the last year, whichever is greater. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Housekeeping

• These terms are governed by California law; disputes go to courts in Los Angeles County, California.
• We can update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and continued use means acceptance.
